Detention Pay You Earned.
Automatically Recovered.

DwellWatch reads your ELD data in the background, catches every time a truck sits past its free time at a customer facility, and builds the evidence that gets the claim paid.

No credit card. No app for your drivers. Nothing for them to remember.

The money is already yours.
The paperwork is why you don't have it.

Detention is one of the few line items in trucking that is billed constantly and collected rarely.

19%
of stops end in detention

For medium-sized carriers specifically — the segment that can least afford to absorb it (FMCSA).

<50%
of detention claims get paid

94.5% of carriers bill for detention. Fewer than half collect. Documentation is where the claims die.

~$284
per truck, per month, left behind

What ATRI's figures imply a mid-size fleet writes off every month — for trucks it already paid to have sitting there.

How It Works

Four steps, three of which happen without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

01
Connect your ELD
Read-only access to Geotab, Samsara or Motive. We never write to your logs, and your drivers never see a thing — there is no app to install and nothing for them to remember.
02
We watch for dwell
We track when a truck enters and leaves a customer facility and how long it sat past the free time in your terms. Your own yards are excluded — you tell us where they are, and a truck parked at home never becomes a claim.
03
The evidence gets built
Every qualifying event becomes a packet: arrival and departure as recorded, a breadcrumb map of the stop, and the fee calculated against your contracted rate and free window.
04
You approve, you send
Nothing goes out without a person saying yes. The invoice is sent from your own billing address and the broker pays you directly — we never touch the funds.

Why It Actually Works

Four design decisions that separate DwellWatch from every other attempt at this problem.

Zero driver interaction
Every other approach to detention depends on a driver logging arrival and departure at exactly the moment they are least likely to. That is precisely where the revenue leaks. We read telemetry you are already generating.
The evidence is the product
Anyone can send a detention invoice. The hard part is sending one a broker can't wave away — timestamps, a map, and the math, assembled the same way every single time so the claim holds up under scrutiny.
You stay in control
We see your telemetry, not your load plans. So a person who knows the difference between waiting to unload and parked by arrangement signs off on every claim before it reaches a customer.
Flat rate, never a cut
We charge per truck, per month, regardless of what you recover. We are not a collections agency, we don't take a percentage, and we don't bill by the seat — logins are free and unlimited.

$30 per truck, per month

With a $99/month minimum. That is the whole pricing page.

Fleet sizeMonthly
1–3 trucks$99minimum
5 trucks$150
10 trucks$300
25 trucks$750
50 trucks$1,500
100 trucks$3,000

No cliffs

Every truck is $30. The line is perfectly straight, so there is no tier boundary where adding a single truck costs you hundreds of dollars a month.

Per truck, never per seat

Bring your whole office. Logins are free and unlimited — you pay for the trucks you ask us to watch, and nothing else.

Enterprise, when you need it

Custom invoice and email templates, dedicated implementation and priority support run $249/month at any fleet size, plus a one-time $2,500 setup.

Start with the audit, not the subscription

Connect your ELD and we will scan the last 30 days of history and show you what you already lost, broken down by day, truck and facility — separating what you can still file for from what has already aged out. It runs in minutes, costs nothing, and doesn't ask for a credit card.
