About Neolite

We bridge the gap between complex operations and simple technology.

Our Story

Founded in 2023, Neolite Development started as a custom software agency. We built whatever clients needed — but the work that kept finding us came from the same place: warehouses and fleets, where the operation had outgrown the tools running it.

The pattern was always the same.

The money was leaking somewhere nobody could see. Stock counts that hadn't matched the shelves in months. Revenue that was genuinely earned and never invoiced. Not because anyone was careless, but because the record-keeping depended on a person remembering something at the exact moment they were busiest.

So we stopped waiting for someone to ask. Today Neolite builds and operates its own products for this sector — DwellWatch for trucking fleets and Clarity for warehouse inventory — alongside the custom engineering work we still take on for operations that don't fit a product. Different problems, one thesis: logistics and warehousing run on data nobody has time to maintain by hand, and that is a software problem.

Neolite Team
Our Mission

To eliminate operational chaos. We believe that no business should lose revenue or sleep because they can't trust their own data. We build the tools that give owners control back.

Our Vision

To be the software company that logistics and warehousing operators actually want to work with — the one that ships tools built for how the work really happens, not for how an enterprise sales deck imagines it.

Our Values

The principles that guide our code and our client relationships.

Precision
A stock count, a detention claim, a line of code — all of it is worthless if it isn't right. We build systems you can trust implicitly.
Pragmatism
We don't chase trends. We use the right technology to solve real business problems efficiently.
Partnership
We are not just vendors. We act as an extension of your operational team, invested in your growth.
Quality
From the code architecture to the user interface, we refuse to cut corners on craftsmanship.

Our Process

A proven methodology ensuring we build exactly what you need, on time and on budget.

01
Discovery
We start by diagnosing the root cause of your operational friction—whether it's messy spreadsheets or disconnected systems.
02
Strategy & Planning
We define a clear roadmap. For a product rollout that means a migration and onboarding plan. For custom builds, it means a tech spec.
03
Solution Design
We blueprint the solution, ensuring the user experience is intuitive for the people actually doing the work.
04
Build & Implementation
We bring the design to life — configuring your instance of one of our products, or developing your custom software from the ground up.
05
Validation & QA
We rigorously test data integrity and workflows to ensure the system holds up under real-world conditions.
06
Delivery & Support
We don't just hand over the keys. We provide training, ongoing maintenance, and support as you scale.

Who You'll Be Working With

No account managers, no handoffs. The people who architect and write the software are the people you talk to.

Jaron Schoorlemmer
Jaron Schoorlemmer
CEO & Principal Engineer

Architect of both DwellWatch and Clarity, and the engineer behind the geospatial detection and evidence systems that make a detention claim hold up. He designs for the boring virtues operations software actually needs: uptime, data integrity, and results that reproduce exactly.

Anikaith Bhardwaj
Anikaith Bhardwaj
CFO & Lead Data Scientist

Specializes in data analytics and custom AI initiatives. He turns raw operational telemetry into the models and numbers our products are priced and built on, and helps clients make the same shift from gut feel to evidence.
